Meet Kelly

I’ve spent over 25 years in the beauty industry as a hairdresser and beauty therapist, helping people look and feel their best. In 2004, a car accident left me with a lower back injury that made it difficult to sit or stand for long periods, which directly impacted my career. I tried everything from chiropractic care to massage and physiotherapy, but nothing truly eased the pain. The experience took a toll on my mental health, and I found myself slipping into depression.

That’s when I discovered Bowen Therapy. It helped me recover and return to the hair and beauty industry. I knew then I wanted to learn this modality so I could help others experience the same relief and transformation. Over the past four years, my work as a Bowen therapist has been a journey of growth — supporting clients to navigate anxiety, trauma, and reconnect with their mind and body.

Throughout my career, one thing has remained constant: my love for helping people feel their best — not just on the outside, but from within. I’ve always found joy in supporting others, listening to their stories, and guiding them toward confidence, happiness, and empowerment. But I’ve also experienced life’s lows — moments of doubt, fear, and uncertainty — and I understand how challenging it can be to navigate them alone.

Becoming a life coach feels like the natural next chapter in my journey, combining my years of experience in care, empathy, and support with my personal understanding of life’s struggles. I help people overcome their fears, release what’s holding them back, and step fully into their potential. My mission is to guide others toward clarity, confidence, and personal growth, and to be there every step of the way as they transform their lives.

My own journey has taught me that healing doesn’t just happen — it’s something you consciously create. Growing up with a controlling father and constant negative putdowns shaped my adult life in many ways. For a long time, I thought those challenges defined me, but through tools, mentors, and conscious growth, I learned to honour my truth, protect my energy with boundaries, and choose growth over comfort.

I believe your past is not your destiny — change and healing are possible. Every step I’ve taken has allowed me to create from empowerment rather than fear, and now I’m here to help others do the same.
